Surgical Technology Information Sessions
STCC's Surgical Technology program prepares men and women to work primarily in the operating room in a variety of surgical specialties. We are still taking applications for Fall 2008. Come to a Surgical Technology information session and decide if this is for you.
Information sessions will be held on:
- May 1 3-4 pm
- May 7 10-11 am
Both will be held in Building 20 room 319.
The sessions are for everybody - first time college students, transfer students, as well as current STCC students in other majors who either think they want to be a Surgical Technologist or just want to find out more about it.
There is no need to sign up - just show up.
Nursing Info-Sessions
Due to the high volume of applications to our Nursing Major and the demand for information regarding gaining admission to the program, the College has scheduled informative Nursing Admission Info-Sessions. All students interested in Nursing are STRONGLY encouraged to attend one of these sessions. Please note, Admissions staff will not be meeting with students on an individual basis for Nursing unless they have extreme circumstances that will not allow them to attend an info-session.
The sessions are for everybody - first time college students, transfer students, as well as current STCC students in other majors who wish to change their major to Nursing.
They will be held throughout the semester on the dates and times noted below in the Student Success Center in Building 27. There is no need to sign up - just show up.
The upcoming dates for the Nursing Info-Sessions for 2008 Applicants are as follows:
- May 8, 2008 12:15pm (Student Success Center)
- June 12 12:15pm (Student Success Center)
- July 10 12:15pm (Student Success Center)
