Tuition Refunds

Refunds are made only to those students who officially withdraw from class(s). In order to do this, a student must complete a withdrawal form, which is available from the Registrar's Office. The College will, thereupon, refund a portion of the student's tuition and fees according to the following schedule for each semester:

SUMMER 2008 – SESSION 1:       June 2, 2008 – July 3, 2008

  • Withdrawal through June 2nd – 100%
    (All Tuition and Fees)
  • Withdrawal through June 3rd – 75%
         (Tuition and General Education Fee only)
  • Withdrawal through June 4th – 50%
         (Tuition and General Education Fee only)
  • Withdrawal after June 4th – NO REFUNDS

SUMMER 2008 – SESSION 2:       July 7, 2008 – August 7, 2008

  • Withdrawal through July 7th – 100%
         (All Tuition and Fees)
  • Withdrawal through July 8th – 75%
         (Tuition and General Education Fee only)
  • Withdrawal through July 9th – 50%
          (Tuition and General Education Fee only)
  • Withdrawal after July 9th – NO REFUNDS

FALL 2007 SEMESTER:

  • Withdrawal during the first week of classes (September 4 - 10)  – 100%
    (All Tuition and Fees)
  • Withdrawal during the second week of classes (September 11 - 17)  –  75%
    (Tuition and General Education Fee only)
  • Withdrawal during the third week of classes (September 18 - 24) –  50%
    (Tuition and General Education Fee only)
  • Withdrawal after the third week of classes –  NO REFUNDS

SPRING 2008 SEMESTER:

  • Withdrawal during the first week of classes (January 22 - 28)  –  100%
    (All Tuition & Fees)  
  • Withdrawal during second week of classes (January 29 – February 4) – 75%
    (Tuition & General Education Fee only)
  • Withdrawal during third week of classes (February 5 – 11) – 50%
    (Tuition & General Education Fee only)
  • Withdrawal after third week of classes – NO REFUNDS
