Development Office

The Development Office - which incorporates the Grants Office, the Alumni Office and the STCC Foundation - is the primary funding arm of the College. The Development Office procures funding for projects not covered in the state budget process and support for unmet needs, as well as scholarship and on-campus equipment. The scope of the Development Office includes individual giving to the College through the Alumni Office, individual donors and private/corporate giving through the STCC Foundation, and government and foundation grants in support of academic programs through the Grants Office. Grants services the office provides include project design, funder research, grant writing, proposal critique/editing, budget preparation, and proposal submission.

The Development Office seeks out money from state, federal and corporate funders to bolster our academic programs, enhance the college environment, promote student accessibility and drive student success with new initiatives and state of the art equipment.

Have you identified a need? Our mission is to find and help fund solutions to problems. We're here to listen, to strategize and to help develop a proposal. Together, we will drive STCC to advance in educational excellence.
