Alumni Association Alumni Trustee Nomination

In accordance with State law, one alum serves on the STCC Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees has overall responsibility to manage the college, supervise the college president and establish college policies. Due to a resignation of our alumni representative, John Lilley, the members of the Springfield Technical Community College Alumni Association have an opportunity to elect a fellow alum to represent us.

At this time the Alumni Association is pleased to present this call for nominations to all alumni of STCC for the next Alumni trustee. The term of the position is five years, commencing in April 2010. Boards of Trustee meetings are held monthly except in December, July and August. The alumni trustee will help to serve as a liaison between the Trustees, Alumni Association and college all college alums.
