Deliso Videoconferencing Center - Rates for DVC Services

Setup & Testing Fees: None
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received 24 hours in advance otherwise you are liable for half room rental cost you were scheduled for.
Minimum Room Rental: 60 Minutes, billed in 15-minute increments thereafter.
Surcharges: May apply for certain Videoconferences (international, etc.).
External Rooms: Prices vary but they will be booked at the published card rate for those rooms and included in you price quote.
Multipoint/Bridging: Through the utilization of a third party bridge, the DVC can link multiple locations simultaneously. These videoconferences are priced based on external room rates and bridging charges. DVC facilitates all the arrangements for you.

Videoconference Recording Rates: $15 per videoconference
