Information Systems Team
Mission of the Information Systems Team (IST)
The purpose of the IST is to accept, analyze, and prioritize requests submitted by the campus community in the areas of data collection, processing, reporting, telecommunications, research and analysis, system maintenance, and networking. This includes changes and/or updates in any of the above-stated areas due to state or federal requirements, as a result of necessary policy/ procedure changes and for system improvements. The IST also provides a forum for discussion for IT-related issues, and extends an awareness to the campus community of new projects and enhancements.
Meetings
All IST meetings are scheduled for the first Wednesday every month except in those cases where it conflicts with the college calendar. All meetings will be held in Building 16 in the Academic Affairs Conference Room (third floor). If a meeting time or place is changed, notification will be sent.
