Welcome to the afternoon, evening, weekend, and summer classes at STCC. We offer one of the largest selections of courses in the Greater Springfield area, including credit courses on campus, at convenient extension centers, or over the Internet.
Our goal is to provide the information you need, in the format that is most convenient for you. If there is a way that we can better serve you, please let us know.
Whether you are looking for a wide selection of associate degree or certificate of completion programs to begin your college education, a credit course to transfer to another college, or are continuing a degree or certificate program at STCC, this web site will be of assistance in planning an enjoyable and productive semester.
During Fall and Spring semesters SCE shuttle buses for evening students run from 5-10 pm, M-Th with pickup at marked locations at each building and drop off is at the various parking lots on campus

The courses are available online so that you can complete all the requirements for an Associates degree in Liberal Arts/General Studies.

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR VETERANS
The Carl F. Junker Scholarship, established by Professor Carol Roberts in her brother’s honor, is available for a veteran whose last discharge or release from service was under honorable conditions, or is currently serving in the National Guard, Air National Guard or Reserves.
All applications will be available at the Library, Student Success Center, Student Activities, and the Veteran’s Office.
