WORKKEYS TESTING REGISTRATION
INDIVIDUALS ARE ENCOURAGED TO COMPLETE THIS TASK ONLNE.
ALTHOUGH THEY CAN COME TO: STCC, BUILDING 16 ROOM 131 IF NEEDED.

  1. Go to:  www.stcc.edu
  2. Click:    Workforce Development  (bottom of the page on left)
  3. Click:    On Line Registration (top left of the page)
  4. Click: Search and Register for Workforce Development Classes
  5. In the box: Search For (Key Word),    Type: Workkeys
  6. You will have 4 choices. Click the SELECT box for the test you need to take. If this is your first time taking this test, you will want ACT FULL EXAM.
    • Note that these tests are listed as courses in the STCC system.

  1. Enter in your credit card information.  The cost will be $49.98 for the full battery of 3 exams.
    • Which includes
      • Business Writing
      • Applied Mathematics
      • Reading for Information
  2.  Your receipt will be immediately emailed to you.
  3. Individual retakes (Math -$15, Reading -$15, Writing- $25)
  4. STCC needs time to process this request before you can schedule your exam
    • AFTER TWO BUSINESS DAYS - CALL 413 755 4507 TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT   
    • For available testing days and times visit www.stcc.edu/wd/testing  
    • The full exam battery takes approximately 2½ - 3 hours.
    • You will not be allowed to sit for the test without an appointment
  5. You will need to bring a current government ID
  6. You will be given a parking pass for your vehicle’s dashboard when you check in
  7. Results for the Reading and Math Exams will be given to you after the tests with a printout
  8. The Writing Exam Results will be available in approximately two business days. Call the testing center for your results.
    • The test center staff will only email your Writing Results to the email address on file, so please make sure it is correct in your personal information in your online profile is correct when you sit down and before taking the exam
