In many organizations it is unclear what employees want from their leadership. Not having a clear understanding of what employees expect causes many problems including, turnover, low productivity, conduct and overall poor job satisfaction. In this course we discuss what leadership "thinks" employees want, the top three categories of employee expectations, and how you can know for certain what "your" employee expects from you.
