DNA is the host of "The Derrick Ashong Experience," a weekly radio show on Oprah Radio (SIRIUS 195/XM156 & OPRAH.com) that airs Saturdays from noon-3pm (ET) and launched on January 23, 2010. The show is a mash-up of politics, pop culture, social media, music and the arts, informed by Ashong's experiences and travels across the globe.

Dr. Goldberg is an assistant professor in the Dept. of Psychology at Clark University in Worcester, MA. She received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from UMASS/Amherst and completed a clinical psychology internship at Yale Medical School. Her work has focused on how families' relationships and identities change across the transition to parenthood and how gender and sexual orientation figure into individuals' adjustment and experience of parenthood.

NBS is a brotherly duo based out of Queens, NY who play an infusion of classical music, jazz, R&B, and hip hop. The brothers have studied at the Juilliard School of Music and Bloomingdale School of Music, and have performed at the Apollo Theater and on the Jay Leno Show. They are best known for their appearance on America's Got Talent.
For the NBS concert we will be collecting donations for the Red Cross' Haiti Relief Fund. There will also be CD"s on site for purchase.

Capoeira is a form of martial arts created by African slaves in Brazil during the 16th century. A combination of dance, music, gymnastics, and martial arts, Capoeira is known for its fast footwork, daring leaps, and split-second timing. Come see the group Capoeira Balance, based in Connecticut, perform this fascinating art form.
