STCC Students Inducted into International Honor Society
Sixty-two men and women from Springfield and surrounding communities have been inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society of the Two-Year College at Springfield Technical Community College.
Students are eligible for induction into the Alpha Psi Sigma chapter of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) after having earned 18 graduation credits at STCC with a quality point average of at least 3.5. Because Phi Theta Kappa emphasizes leadership, scholarship, fellowship and community service, members are required to perform at least 10 hours of documented community service each semester in order to maintain membership in good standing.
