The management program gives students a solid foundation of skills needed to manage and lead individuals, teams, and organizations. Management students learn about business by taking courses in accounting, finance, marketing and management. A variety of advanced management courses are available including Human Resources Management, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior. To prepare for the workplace, students use computer applications in every course and develop their “soft skills” – communicating, collaborating, and teamwork. In addition, career exploration is available through exciting internship opportunities. Many students go on to finish their bachelor degrees while others obtain entry level jobs in their field of interest.
