Information Request

We're glad you want to know more about STCC, and we look forward to sharing the STCC experience with you. From your very first question to your graduation day, the faculty and staff at STCC will be there to assist you. Please complete the form below, indicating what you would like to learn about STCC. A member of our staff will get in touch with you shortly, usually within 48 hours, to answer your question.

You will receive a response via email. Please make sure that your email account is not blocking all outside messages, or that your mailbox is not full, or that there is not some other reason that our email answer to you cannot get through.  In order to properly route your information request, select one of the following areas:

For general school information inquiries and admissions information, choose this option.

The Financial Aid Office assists students throughout the financial aid application process and provides the most current information available on Federal and State financial aid including grants/waivers, federal work-study programs and loans.

The Registrar's Office is located on the first floor of Building 15 (Garvey Hall South).  The hours are Mondays through Thursdays 8am-7pm, and Fridays 8am-4pm.  . The office handles registration, grade reporting, graduation certifications, enrollment verifications, name/address changes, and transcript requests.  All transcript requests must be sent in writing to the registrar's office or a student may come in person to the office.  There is a $3.00 fee charged for an official transcript.  Check must be made payable to STCC.  STCC adheres to all FERPA regulations and no information is released over the telephone.

You must list a complete name (maiden name, if there is one), social security number, dates of attendance, complete address where the transcript is to be sent, and a $3.00 fee per request; the process takes two (2) working days.  If you are requesting through the mail, send the written request to:

Registrar's Office
1 Armory Square
P.O. Box 9000
Springfield, MA  01102-9000

A student may obtain an unofficial transcript which also takes two working days. The Registrar's Office must also have a written release for an unofficial transcript, but there is no charge.

The Student Accounts Office is responsible for all aspects of a student's financial account, including billing of tuition and fees. We are also responsible for posting of financial aid, categorical waivers, third party payments, refunds and veteran affairs.

If you have a question regarding your account being placed with a collection agency or the State Intercept program, contact Maryann Payeur:

Contact the Webadvisor Team for any problems relating to Webadvisor issues. WebAdvisor is an online service for students, faculty and staff. Students use WebAdvisor to view grades, class schedules, and financial information; online transactions for students include course registration, schedule changes, bill payment, and address changes.

Select this option to send comments and questions to the webmaster about this website (i.e. Bad Links, Page Content, or Outdated Material).  Do not send inquires about Webadvisor, STCC Email Accounts, or Student Registration to the webmaster.  The webmaster is not in any position to help with these matters.  Choose the WebAdvisor option instead.

Select this option if your inquiry does not fit any of the above categories.  Please select this option as a last resort.  A vast majority of information requests can be satisfied by choosing the options above.  Selecting Other will send your message to a third party who must decide where to properly route the request.  This process will only slow your information request.
