From your very first question to your graduation day, the faculty and staff at STCC will be there to assist you. Please complete the form below, indicating what you would like to learn about STCC. STCC Admissions
For catalog requests, general school information inquiries, admissions and financial aid questions, choose this option.
WebAdvisor
Contact the Webadvisor Team for any problems relating to Webadvisor. WebAdvisor is an online service for students, faculty and staff. Students use WebAdvisor to view grades, class schedules, and financial information; online transactions for students include course registration, schedule changes, bill payment, and address changes.
 
Registrar's Office and Transcript Request
The Registrar's Office is located on the first floor of Building 15 (Garvey Hall South).  The hours are Mondays through Thursdays 8am-7pm, and Fridays 8am-4pm.  . The office handles registration, grade reporting, graduation certifications, enrollment verifications, name/address changes, and transcript requests.  All transcript requests must be sent in writing to the registrar's office or a student may come in person to the office.  There is a $3.00 fee charged for an official transcript.  Check must be made payable to STCC.  STCC adheres to all FERPA regulations and no information is released over the telephone.

You must list a complete name (maiden name, if there is one), social security number, dates of attendance, complete address where the transcript is to be sent, and a $3.00 fee per request; the process takes two (2) working days.  If you are requesting through the mail, send the written request to:

A student may obtain an unofficial transcript which also takes two working days. The Registrar's Office must also have a written release for an unofficial transcript, but there is no charge.

School of Continuing Education & Distance Education
The School of Continuing Education administers the evening, weekend and summer programs.  The main purpose of Continuing Education is to meet the educational needs of adult students from the Greater Springfield community.  Credit courses are offered at times that are convenient for most adult students with responsibilities of job and family.
Professional Seminars/Noncredit Courses
The Center for Business and Technology offers a wide range of consulting and training services for the business community in computers, quality management, workplace literacy, and technical areas.
This selection will bring you directly to the STCC Center for Business and Technology Page. From there you will be able to request information.
STCC Technology Park
The award-winning STCC Technology Park, the first one in the country associated with a community college, houses numerous technology-based and other businesses, contributing to the economic development of the region.  The Springfield Enterprise Center offers a small business incubator which provides guidance to start-up companies, the Entrepreneurial Institute, and the student business incubator.

Select this option to send comments and questions to the webmaster about this website (i.e. Bad Links, Page Content, or Outdated Material).  Please choose the Webadvisor link above for any issues relating to student accounts or webadvisor issues.
Other
Select this option if your inquiry does not fit any of the above categories.  Please select this option as a last resort.  A vast majority of information requests can be satisfied by choosing the options above.  Selecting Other will send your message to a third party who must decide where to properly route the request.  This process will only slow your information request.
