If you receive a security timeout while attempting to login, broken images, or multiple logins, check the following:

  1. A date, time, or time zone setting on your home computer that does not match the actual time may cause these problems.
  2. A security setting that disallows cookies can also cause the problem.

To check the time setting on your home computer:

PC MAC
Click START  > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL and then double-click on Date/Time.  Verify the date and time on the Date and Time tab.  Also check the time zone, which will be displayed near the bottom of this tab.  It should be set to Eastern Time (US & Canada ).  Click on Apply, then OK.
