The studios and equipment are exceptional. I produced a documentary and I’m learning from phenomenal professors. It’s so easy to get the help you need here.

“I first began my education at STCC as a student in the Gateway to College Program. The Gateway to College Program gave me the support I needed and allowed me to obtain my high school diploma and earn college credits at the same time. The program gave me time to explore my interests and decide on a career path.

After graduating from the program I was accepted into STCC’s Digital Media Program. The studios and equipment are exceptional. I produced a documentary and I’m learning from phenomenal professors. It’s so easy to get the help you need here.

Professor Carbaugh has been a great mentor to me. She gave me so much confidence in my abilities and cared about my next steps after STCC. She introduced me to the idea of continuing my education at Fitchburg State University. After graduating, I’ll be transferring to Fitchburg to study Communications Media. My career goal is to work in news and filmmaking.  Camelia Reid

"When Camelia entered our program she was a 'diamond in the rough'... so shy and quiet.  I've been privileged to watch her slowly come out her shell, grow confident in her skills, and now sparkle with great potential as she prepares to graduate. I have no doubt she will achieve great things in the future."   LuAnne Carbaugh, Professor/Co-Chairperson, Digital Media Production
