The Information Technology Department(IT) provides a wide range of technology services and support for the students, faculty, and staff of STCC. IT delivers many services to the college including the following:
- Network and Servers
- Faculty and Staff Desktop PC support
- Maintaining and updating computer labs
- Support and maintenance of the administrative system software (Ellucian Colleague (formerly Datatel))
- Help Desk
- Support and maintenance of the campus telephone system.

The College hosts many labs on campus, and also provides computers for student use in Building 19 (Library, Student Success Center).
