Information Technology/Tech Support
Your STCC Account gives you access to log onto STCCNet portal, Gmail, Blackboard, ARIES, Password Manager, and STCC computers and printers. The same username and password are used to log in to all STCC Account systems. For help accessing your STCC Account please see the Getting Started with STCC Account page.
The Information Technology Department (IT) provides a wide range of technology services and support for students, faculty, and staff. IT delivers many services to the college in the following areas:
- Help Desk and User Support
- Faculty and staff desktops and laptops
- Computer labs and classroom technology
- Network and servers
- Administrative system and software applications
- STCC website
- Telephone system
Help Desk Support
For additional technical support please consult the Tech Tutorials page or contact the Help Desk by ChatNow (bottom right corner of this screen) firstname.lastname@example.org, or (413) 755-4016. To ensure your security, we cannot change passwords over the phone. On-campus meetings are by appointment only.
Excluding school vacations and holidays, the Help Desk is open on the following days and times.
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m (ChatNow only after 5:30).
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 p.m. (ChatNow only)
