The Information Technology Department(IT) provides a wide range of technology services and support for the students, faculty, and staff of STCC. IT delivers many services to the college including the following:
- Network and Servers
- Faculty and Staff Desktop PC support
- Maintaining and updating computer labs
- Support and maintenance of the administrative system software (Ellucian Colleague (formerly Datatel))
- Help Desk
- Support and maintenance of the campus telephone system.
Help Desk Support
Directions for new and current students on how to access, log in, and reset passwords for STCC accounts such as WebAdvisor, Gmail, STCCNet, and Blackboard can be found on the Reset My Password page.
For additional technical support please consult the IT Support and Resources page or contact the Help Desk by completing the Student Help Desk Support Form or calling 413-755-4016 during business hours. Our regular business hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 7:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Sunday 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. These are the hours we can be reached via phone, email, and chat. We are not open during school vacations and holidays. On campus meetings by appointment only.
