The Information Technology Department (IT) provides a wide range of technology services and support for the students, faculty, and staff of STCC. IT delivers many services to the college including the following:
- Network and servers
- Faculty and staff desktop PC support
- Maintaining and updating computer labs
- Support and maintenance of the administrative system software (Ellucian Colleague (formerly Datatel))
- Help Desk
- Support and maintenance of the campus telephone system

Help Desk Support
Your STCC Account gives you access to log onto STCCNet, STCC Gmail, Blackboard, WebAdvisor, Password Manager, STCC computers, and STCC printers. The same username and password are used to log in to all STCC Account systems. For help accessing your STCC Account please see the Getting Started with STCC Account page.

To ensure your security, we cannot change passwords over the phone. On-campus meetings are by appointment only.
Excluding school vacations and holidays, the Help Desk is open on the following days and times.
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
