Your STCC Account gives you access to log onto the STCCNet portal, Gmail, Blackboard, ARIES, Reset Password, and STCC computers and printers. The same username and password are used to log in to all STCC Account systems. To access your STCC Account, please visit the Account Management page.
The Information Technology Department (IT) provides a wide range of technology services and support for students, faculty, and staff. IT delivers many services to the college in the following areas:
- User Support
- Faculty and staff desktops and laptops
- Computer labs and classroom technology
- Network and servers
- Administrative systems and software applications
- Blackboard
- STCC website
- Telephone system
Help Desk Support

Excluding school vacations and holidays, the Help Desk is open on the following days and times.
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Employees
Employees with technical computer issues and classroom issues, should create a ticket by emailing helpdesk@stcc.edu
An IT ticket will automatically be created and assigned. You will receive email notifications with your ticket number and any status updates.
