Workforce Development Center

STCC's Workforce Development Center's (WDC) non-credit programs and classes meet the ever-changing technology and workforce demands of individuals, businesses, and industries in the region. In addition, the Workforce Development Center coordinates with the STCC Career Services Center to provide internship opportunities as well as full and part-time employment opportunities.

The Workforce Development Center offers programs and classes that will lead to employment. We provide both instructor-led and web-based workforce training and certifications in a wide variety of areas including Construction/Trades, Healthcare, IT/Network Certification, Auto Damage Appraisal Exam Preparation, Manufacturing, Professional and Personal Development, Real Estate Sales Exam Preparation, and much more. STCC is also an Authorized Testing Center for many of the leading providers.

Any Workforce Development Center student with a documented disability is eligible for services from the Office of Disability Services. Documentation guidelines and verification forms are available at Disability Services and should be sent or dropped off to the Office of Disability Services prior to requesting services. Students are encouraged to meet with staff PRIOR to the beginning of the program they plan to enroll in to review documentation and determine accommodation needs. Contact us at 413-755-4785 to schedule an appointment. The offices are located in the Ira H. Rubenzahl Student Learning Commons (B19) / Room 141.

Withdraw prior to the start of class* - 100% Refund
No Refunds will be given once class begins

* Please note that special refund policies apply to some courses. The cost of non-returnable items will not be refunded.

In the absence of a written third party contractual agreement stating otherwise, all refunds will be issued to the student. Credit card payments will be refunded directly to the credit card if processed within thirty days of the payment.

The STCC Workforce Training office reserves the right to cancel any course that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements.
