Program Description

CompTIA Security+ Logo CompTIA Security+ is a global certification that validates the foundational cybersecurity skills necessary to perform core security functions and pursue an IT security career. The CompTIA Security+ certification represents the latest and greatest in cybersecurity, covering the most in-demand skills related to current threats, automation, zero trust, IoT, risk and many  more IT security related topics. You will understand and use the most recent advancements in cybersecurity technology, terms, techniques, and tools to be well prepared to excel in the ever evolving cybersecurity landscape.

This course may be taken as an individual course or as part of the entire 4-course Pathway to Cybersecurity program.

Prerequisites/Requirements

Successful completion of ITF+,  A+, and Network+, or 2+ years of experience working with computers and networks as a support tech.

Fees: $2,630*

Refund Policy

Withdraw prior to the start of class* - 100% Refund
No Refunds will be given once class begins

In the absence of a written third party contractual agreement stating otherwise, all refunds will be issued to the student. Credit card payments will be refunded directly to the credit card if processed within thirty days of the payment.

Course Cancellation Policy

The STCC Workforce Training office reserves the right to cancel any course that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements.
