Welcome to STCC! Before starting classes you will need to access your STCC Account and become familiar with STCC Account systems.

Your STCC Account gives you access to log onto ARIES, STCCNet, STCC Gmail, Blackboard, Password Manager, STCC computers, and STCC printers. The same username and password are used to log in to all STCC Account systems (STCC Account login screen above).

A few days after you are accepted into STCC, new student will receive an email (sent to the email address you used in the STCC application).  This email will contain your STCC Account, Username, and Password. The email will come from usersupport@stcc.edu with the subject line "STCC Account Login Information-IMPORTANT!".

New account login credentials are sent through Virtru encrypted email to your personal email account on file. If you did not receive an email or need your password reset, please contact the IT Helpdesk at 413-755 4016 or come to building 27, room 143 for assistance.

Please Note: If you do not have a personal email address on file or your email has changed, you MUST contact the Registrar's Office to update your information. The Help Desk cannot change or add personal information to your student record.
