The STCC Sustainathon is an annual event to celebrate Earth Day 2026, bringing our community together to create awareness of environmental challenges and innovative solutions. The 2026 theme, “Restoration and Resilience,” aligns with the global Earth Day focus on “Planet vs. Plastics” and aims to inspire local action to reduce plastic pollution and environmental degradation. The event will empower students and community members as sustainability change agents through workshops on different facets of sustainability, a student research poster competition, and a collective call to action that bridges knowledge to effective environmental stewardship.
