Career Services inspires and supports students and alumni to explore their passions, realize their potential, and achieve professional success. Throughout the year, we offer skill-building workshops on topics such as resume writing, interviewing, job search strategies, using LinkedIn, networking, and many others. Students are provided with regular communications regarding job and internship postings as well as career readying opportunities like career fairs, industry panels, professional mentoring, and networking events. Career Services is committed to cultivating a supportive and inclusive environment where every individual can confidently navigate their career journey from exploration to achievement.

Our Team
Devin Adams, MSW
Devin Adams-Senior Enrollment Counselor for Career Services serves both the Career Services and the Admissions Office. She helps students identify employment and career pathways through education and technical training at STCC, supporting them from admission through graduation. Devin assists with career exploration, internship and job searches, resumes and cover letters, interview preparation, and professional skill-building. She is committed to personalized guidance, confidence-building support, and successful transitions into meaningful employment.
Nathan Andary
Nathan Andary-Director of Career Services and Career Counselor is a PhD candidate at Texas Woman’s University. Nathan has over 20 years’ experience connecting college students with community partners through experiential learning and career readiness. With 12 years as an Associate Professor and expertise in Student Affairs, he supports STCC students and alumni by aligning skills, interests, and needs to enhance job placement outcomes.
