STCC to host Mechanical Engineering Technology Open House May 27
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Springfield Technical Community College invites prospective students and community members to explore its Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) program during an open house on Tuesday, May 27, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The open house will be held at Springfield Technology Park, located off Federal Street, across from the college’s main campus. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour state-of-the-art classrooms and labs, meet knowledgeable and passionate MET faculty, and learn about the exciting academic and career pathways the program offers.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone curious about advanced manufacturing to see our facilities, talk with our professors, and find out how STCC can prepare them for a rewarding career in the field,” said Dr. Christopher Thuot, Vice President of Academic Affairs at STCC.
Light refreshments will be served. Visitors are encouraged to bring questions and their curiosity as they explore one of STCC’s most hands-on, career-focused programs.
