Employee Excellence Awards

Each year, Springfield Technical Community College proudly presents the Employee Excellence Awards to staff members who consistently demonstrate dedication and commitment to our students, staff and community members.   These individuals inspire those around them to approach their work with positive energy and enthusiasm.  Our staff is encouraged, recognized, and rewarded for creating an environment where going beyond for our students and the College community is the standard.

Who is Eligible for Nomination?

An eligible staff, student or community member may nominate an individual by submitting the online form or by completing the form, printing it, and dropping it in one of the ballot boxes located on campus.  

Note: The President, Vice Presidents and Assistant Vice Presidents are not eligible for the awards.
