FAFSA Application Checklist

Independent students must bring:

  • Social Security Card, Picture ID & Alien Registration Card (if applicable)
  • Proof of 2020 income, including federal tax return & W2’s
  • Your FSA ID (Set up your FSA ID at the FSA ID website)

Dependent students must bring:

  • Social Security Card, Picture ID & Alien Registration Card (if applicable)
  • A parent or legal guardian
  • Parent’s proof of 2020 income, including Federal Tax Return & W2’s
  • Parents will have to create/provide their FSA ID (Set up your FSA ID at the FSA ID website)
