Student Help Desk Support
Students can receive technical support accessing their accounts by completing the following form and allowing 1 business day for processing. You can also use ChatNow to communicate with the Help Desk. To ensure your security, we cannot change passwords over the phone. Items marked with * are required for the form to be addressed. The Help Desk is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 p.m., and Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding holidays). We can also be reached at email@example.com but the completing the form gives us the best information to assist you.
A personal email must be on file to change the STCC email password online. For instructions on how to add a recovery email to your file please see the Reset Password page.
Resetting Your WebAdvisor Password if You Can Access Your STCC Email
If you can access your STCC email you can reset your WebAdvisor password by following these steps:
- Access Webadvisor (Using a desktop computer would be best.)
- Click the "What's My Password?" link located on the lower right of the page.
- On the page that displays "What's my password?", click the "Reset my password" link.
- You'll then see a "Reset my password" page where you can enter the required info needed to reset your password.
