Password Reset Request
A personal email must be on file to change the initial STCC Account password using the form below.
If you do not have a personal email on file please contact the Help Desk by ChatNow (bottom right corner of this screen) email@example.com, or (413) 755-4016. To ensure your security, we cannot change passwords over the phone.
The Help Desk is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 p.m., and Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding holidays).
