Students can receive technical support by visiting the Helpdesk in Building 19, Room 171. We can also be reached by phone at 413-755-4016 and by email at email@example.com. The Help Desk is open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
