Student Help Desk Support

Students can receive technical support accessing their accounts by visiting the Student Help Desk in building 19, room 171.  To ensure your security, we cannot change passwords over the phone.  Directions are provided to change the password yourself.  If more assistance is needed, please complete this form and allow 1 business day for processing your technical question.  Items marked with * are required for the form to be addressed.  An alternate email must be on file to change the stcc email password online.  The Help Desk is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and we can be reached at helpdesk@stcc.edu.

Resetting Your WebAdvisor Password if You Can Access Your STCC Email

If you can access your STCC email you can reset your WebAdvisor password by following these steps:

  1. Access Webadvisor (Using a desktop computer would be best.)
  2. Click the "What's My Password?" link located on the lower right of the page.
  3. On the page that displays "What's my password?", click the "Reset my password" link.
  4. You'll then see a "Reset my password" page where you can enter the required info needed to reset your password.
