Gallery Talk with Photographer James Gehrt

The Amy H. Carberry Fine Arts Gallery at Springfield Technical Community College presents “A Simple Circle,” a unique photography exhibit on view from March 18 through April 12, 2024, juxtaposes historical and vintage Kodak cameras and original photographs from the late 1880s-1890s with contemporary images created by Leverett photographer and educator James Gehrt. A reception for the photographer will be held on Saturday, April 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Other events include a Carberry Conversations Zoom interview, on Wednesday, March 20, at 12:15 p.m., and an in-person gallery talk on Thursday, March 28, at 12 noon. The gallery and all events are free and open to the public.
